Kim DeWees is a creative entrepreneur who started Vision Ag Farm Management in 2004. A farmland manager she worked with at her Retail Crop Protection Plant decided to retire and asked if Kim would be interested in managing land. His vision of staying local, non-corporate, and hands-on service was important to him and he believed Kim’s personality and experience in agriculture would be a great fit for farmers and land owners.
